Cancelation
conditions

Plans can often change unexpectedly, and a booked holiday may need to be canceled or cut short.

Room cancellations are only accepted in writing.

This situation can be uncomfortable for both parties, which is why we recommend purchasing travel insurance.

 

Cancelation conditions:

• Up to 3 months before arrival: 0% (any deposit already paid may be used as credit for another stay within the next 12 months)
• From 3 months to 1 month before arrival: 50%
• From 30 to 0 days before arrival: 100%
• In case of late arrival or early departure: 100%

Your reservation becomes binding upon receipt of your deposit of €800 per apartment/week to Raiffeisenbank Lungau, IBAN: AT36 3506 3000 4206 1556, BIC: RVSAAT2S063. We kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Apartments can be accessed from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation. In the event of late arrival or early departure, the full rent is due.
