Short Bookings
In the event of bookings for short stays or weekends, an additional charge will apply.
Even if fewer guests stay than originally booked, the full daily rate will be charged.
Local Tourism Taxes
The local tourism tax is € 2.45 per person and night (ages 15 and older);

Pets
Pets are permitted (only by advance arrangement) € 32 per day (without food)
Smoking
Our hotel is a NO SMOKING establishment.
Ashtrays are located outside the hotel entrance & ski storage room as well as on balconies.
Cancelation Conditions
Room cancelations are only valid in written form.
- Up to 3 months prior to arrival: 0 % (any deposit already made will serve as a value voucher applicable to future stays within the next 12 months)
- Between 3 months and 1 month prior to arrival: 50 %
- Between 30 and 0 days prior to arrival: 100 %
- In the event of delayed arrival or premature departure: 100 %
It is not rare for guests to have cancel their booking or depart earlier than expected.
This is an unpleasant situation for everyone involved. That said, we strongly urge you to purchase holiday cancelation insurance!
